ORDINANCE ~0. 5~42 By Mr. F~hrenbech <br /> <br />A~ 0RDI~A~CE authorizing the Director of Finance to pay to <br />Mrs. Anna Schwe~ler, 1664 Winton Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, the <br />sum of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) in full settlement of her <br />claim against the ~City of Lakewood on accotmt of expense in <br />cleaning blocked sewer at 1664 Winton Avenue, Lakewood. <br />V~iEREAS, at a meeting of ~ounc~ ~ov~ 7th 1932 action was taken <br />to allow Mrs. Anna SChwegler Seventy Five Dollars ($75.00) for <br />this claim. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Lakew~od, State <br />of Ohio, two-thirds of all members thereof concurring:- <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is here- <br />~orized to pay to Mrs. Anna Schwegler, 1664 Winton <br />AVenue, Lakewood, the sum of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) in <br />full settlement of her claim against the city of Lake~od on <br />account of expense in cleaning blocked sewer at 1664 Winton <br />Avenue, Lakewood, upon receipt of satisfactory release signed <br />by ~rs. Anna Schwegler releasing the City. of Lakewood from any <br />and all further liabilities on connection therewith. <br /> Section 2. That the amount set forth in Sebtion i hereof be <br /> paid from appropriation 1-N (Damages paid by the City) as set <br /> forth in Ordinance No. 32~ adopted by this Council Febru~y <br /> 15th 1932. <br /> Section 3.
