ORDINANCE No. 3460 by Mr. Gormsen <br /> <br /> AN E~ERGENC¥ ORDINANCE authorizing the acceptance <br />of an easement for sewer mains in the Prescott property. <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the irmnediate <br />preservation of the public health and property to provide <br />an easement for sewer through the Prescott property, north <br />of Lake Avenue. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEW00D, 0HI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the director of public works be <br />and he is hereby authorized to accept a perpetual sewer ease- <br />ment through the Prescott property as shown on the blue print <br />hereto attached and marked E~hibit A, ~hich plan is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> Said easement to be approved as to <br />form by the director of law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
