ORDINANCE No. 3480 BY i~r. Darmstatter <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of Finance to pay <br />to Mr. B. A, Bjornson, 2061 Warren Road, Lakewood, the <br />amount of NINE DOLLARS FORTY-TWO CENTS ($9.42) in full <br />payment of his claim against the City of Lakewood on <br />account of damage to automobile tire, July 21st 1934, <br />alleged to have been caused By one of the wheels of his <br />automobile dropping into an open catch basin~ at about <br />1557 Warren Road. <br />BE IT 0RDAINED by the Council of the City of Lakewood, <br />State of Ohio, two-thirds of all members thereof concurring:- <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is <br />hereby authorized to pay to Mr. B. A. Bjornson, 2081 Warren <br />Road, La~ewood, the amount of NINE DOLLARS FORTY-TWO CENTS <br />($9.42) mn full payment of his claim against the City of <br />Lakewood on account of damage to his automobile tire, <br /> July 21st 1934, alleged to have been caused by one of the <br /> wheels of his automobile dropping into an open catch basin, <br /> at about 155V Warren Road, Lakewood, upon receipt of release <br /> signed by Mr. Bjornson and releasing the City of Lakewood <br /> frOm any and all further liabilities in connection with this <br /> case. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the amount set forth in Section One of <br /> this Ordinance shall be paid from Appropriation 1-M (Damages <br /> paid by City) as appropriated in Ordinance No. 3444, adopted <br /> January 22, 1934. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and <br /> effect upon its passage, approval by the Mayor, and at the <br /> earliest period allowed by laT. <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
