ORDINANCE No. 5519 <br /> <br />By Mr. Fairgrieve <br /> <br /> An ordinance regulating the operation and speed <br />of motor-boats, steam-boats, vessels and other crafts <br />while navigating in Rocky River in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OG I~KEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO. <br /> <br /> Section I. No motor-boat, steam-boat, vessel <br />or other craft operated in Rocky River in the City of <br />Lakewood, shall move at a greater rate of speed than four <br />miles per hour, except in cases of fire or distress~ <br /> <br /> Section 2. Any owner, master or other person <br />in charge of any motor-boat, steam-boat, vessel or other craft <br />violating the provisions of this ordinance, upon conviction, <br />shall be fined not less than thirty dollars ($~0.00) nor more <br />than fifty dollars (50.00) for each and every violation <br />hereof. <br /> <br /> Section ~.
