OF CONTRACT FOR WA~ER: The following rules and regulations shall be par~ of the con'crest betWeen the Water Department of the City of Lakewo~i, Ohio, and all persons liable for water rents. HULE 1 - ASSESSMENT OF WATER P_~TES~ The water rests upon all tenements and premises within the City supplied .with wa~er from the City Water Department are hereby fixed and assessed for each quarterly colieotion, payable on or about the first days ef February, August and November, omm~uted quarterly upon readings of the meters taken aa near aa practicable prior to the first day of each month designated as the month in wbi~ch water rents are payable, excel~ that where he deems it advis? able the auperintenden~ may collect monthly for water supplied through any WATER RATES FOR BUT~.BING ~ CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES: Brick -- 20 cents per thousand ) Tile -- 10 cents per ~m~red ) Cement blocks- -- SO'cents per. hundred ) plus a turn-on fee of $1.00 Plaster -- 30 cents per hundred sq~ yds~ ) Cement -- 20 cents per'hundred cubic feet) Puddling and sewer flushing at regular rates per thousand cubic fee~ on estimated quanti~ies of water used unless meter is installed and advance deposit made. 7[J~T~ZR PROld FIR~ hYDRANTS: !n addition to' these charges, if water is used from public fire hydrants (upon special permit omly)a hydrant rental of ~§.00 must be paid in advance. Water may be furnished from. fire hydrants for filling ponds end tanks, or other special purposes. In such cases the hydrant shall be operated only by an employee of the Cit~y Water Department and the charge for water so'fur- mishsd shall be at regular rates per thousand on estimated quantity of water. used and shall include also the cost of ell labor, ca~tagc and any other ex- pense incurred, unless a meter is installed and advance guarantee deposit made.
