ORDINANCE NO. 3661 BY Mr. Rich <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY G~DINANCE'authorizing the settlement of claim of <br />John Tresise, 1637 Cohassett Avenue, Lakewood, for injuries <br />sustained by his daughter, Gloria C. Tresis~ a minor, at <br />Madison Park in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gloria C. Tresise, a minor, was injured December 9th <br />1936 at ~adison Park and an emergency has arisen to settle <br />said claim promptly and to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 0RDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO, two-thirds of all members concurring: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the settlement of the claim of John Tresise, <br />for the sum of Eleven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($11.§0) in full <br />settlement of his claim against the City of Lakewood for <br />injuries sustained by his daughter, Gloria O. Tresise, a minor, <br />at Madison Park on December 9th 19~6, is hereby authorized <br />upon receipt of the execution of release, releasing the City <br />of Lakewood from any and all further liabilities in connection <br />with this accident, signed by John W. Tresise and approved by <br />the Director of Law. The Director of Finance is hereby <br />authorized to pay said amount upon the delivery to him of <br />prop~ release, duly executed and approved and charge same to <br />the General Fund. <br /> <br />Section 2. As stated in the preamble this ordinance is hereby <br />declared to be an emergency measure and shall be in full force <br />and effect upon its passage and approval. <br /> <br />Adopted:. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
