Bevington, 16413 Hilliard Road, <br />Lakewood, Ohio, the sum of ninety-six dollars and thirty cents <br />($96.30) in fuil settlement of .~his claim against the City o~ <br />Lakewood on account of expense in repairing sewer at 16413 <br />Hilliard Road, Lakewood, Ohio. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at a meeting of Council June ?, 1937, <br />was taken to allow Jay W. Bevlngton, ninety-six dollars ~and thlr~ <br />cents ($96.30) for this claim, and ~ <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the,usu~l~ <br />daily operation of a municipal department. ~'~ ~LI~ <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF ~H~ <br />CITY OF LAKEW00D, STATE OF 0HI0, two-thirds of all members thereof <br />concurring: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he~3~ <br />is hereby authorized to pay to Jay N. Bevington, ~6413 Hilllard <br />Road, Lakewood, the sum of ninety-six dollars and thirty ~ents <br />(96.30) in full settlement of hi~~ claim against the City~o~ <br />Lakewood on account of expense in repairing sewer at 16413 <br />Hilliard Road, Lakewood, 0hio~ upon receipt of satisfactory release <br />signed by said Jay ~. Bevington, ~eleasing th~ City of Lakewood <br />from any and all further liabilities in connection therewith. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the amount set forth in Section 1. <br />hereof be paid from appropriation ~ity~Portion ~ewer ~Fund~ <br />as set forth in Ordinance No. 36~6, adopted by this Council, ~ ~, <br />January 4th 193V. ~ <br /> Section 3.
