ORDINANCE NO. 3~03 BY Mrs. Spa'ldtng <br /> <br /> AN E~RGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the Director <br />of Finance to pay to Mr. M. H, Russell, 1469 Bunts Road, <br />Lakewoo~, Ohio, the sum of Sixty-Nine Dollars and Fifty Cents <br />~$69.80) in full settlement of his claim against the City of <br />~akewood on account of expense in repairing seWer at 1469 <br />Bunts Road, Lakewocd, Ohio. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at a meeting of Council September 7th <br />1937, action was taken to allow Mr. M. H, Russell, Sixty-Nine <br />Dollars and Fifty Cents ($69.80)for this claim, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal dep~ tment. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 0RDAINEDBY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF IJ~E~W00D, STATE OF 0HI0, two-thirds of all members <br />thereof concurring: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and <br />he is hereby authorized to pay to Mr.M.H. RUssell, 1469 Bunts <br />Road, L~kewood, the sum of Sixty-Nine ~ollars and Fifty Cents <br />($69.80) in full settlement of ~is claim against the City of <br />Lakewood on account of expense in repairing sewer at 1469 Bunts <br />Road, Lakewood, Ohio, upon receipt of satisfactory release <br />signed by said Mr. M. H. Russell, releasing the City of Lakewood <br />from any end all further liabilities iR connection therewith. <br /> <br /> Section ~. That the ~mount set forth in Section <br />1 hereof be paid from the City POrtion Sewer Fund as set forth <br />in Ordinance No. 3664~ adopted by this Council, March 18th 1937. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
