5 <br /> • 1 <br /> Ordinance No. 11252 by Mr. Tyler <br /> AN E2dER.GENCY ORDIP:ANCE authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br /> 'Norks to purchase a certain parcel of real estate 111.27 feet east of the northeast <br /> corner of Franklin Boulevard and Cohassett Avenue. <br /> 2~REAS, it is necessary to acquire this property without delay, in order <br /> that the street can be dedicated 60 feet wide and be made a County Road, and, <br /> AREAS, an emergency exists, in that it is necessary to acquire this <br /> property without delay and to provide for the immediate preservation of the public <br /> property, health and safety aryl to provide for the usual daily operation of a <br /> municipal departnent, now, therefore, <br /> BE IT Cdi.DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE4~OOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1.
