Zhat oonsent is hereby given to the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to improve Detroit Avenue by <br /> resurfacing seine with asphaltic ooncretei from Cranford Avenue to Station <br /> 171, 60 feet west of E!athews Avenue. <br /> Section 2. That the City of Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio agrees <br /> to pay of the actnuaal cost of this improvement, plus the ezstire cost of <br /> removal of the present surface, Tho cast of the city's expanse shall be <br /> paid fxnm the Auto License and Gasoline Tax Funds said amount to be paid <br /> to the County Treasurer of Cuyahoga County when bids are received and contract <br /> executed. <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk of this Council is hereby directed to cause <br /> a certified copy of this ordinance to be filed with the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, together with affidavit of said Clerk, in <br /> duplicate, as to the publishing or posting of this ordinance as required by <br /> lax4 <br /> Section 1?.
