ORDINANCE No. 4511 by Mr. Dawson AN ORDINANCE AbT~DHIZI~G THE Mayor as Director of Public Works to accept a Quit.Claim Deed from The City Ice and Fuel Company, an Ohio corpora- tion conveying to the City of Lakewood the title t~o the property hereinafter described. WHEREAS, the property so conveyed is needed for the widening and straightening Lakewood Heights Boulevard, now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C(~INCIL OF ~E CITY OF LAEEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That for the purpose of the widening and straightening of Lakewood Heights Boulevard, the Mayor as Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept title by Quit-Claim Deed from The City Ice and Fael Company the following described property, to-wit: "Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State ef Ohio, and k~own as being the Southerly part of Sublots Nos. 367 and 368 in The Homesite C~mpany's Arthur Heights $~division No. 3 of part of original Rockport Township Section No. 19, as shoran by the recorded plat in Volume 68 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being more pariiculary ~ described as follows: Beginning at a point in the north line of Lakewood Heights Beulevard (60 feet wide), at the southeast corner cf Lot No. 367 aforesaid; thence in the northerly line of Lakewood Heights Boulevard by the arc of a curve deflecting to the right whose radius is 156.33 feet, an arc distance of 44.58 feet, and long chord of 44.43 feet and bears North 82' O1t 00" ~West, to the southeast corner of Lot No. %8 aforesaid; thence continuing in the arc of the same an arc distance of 41.02 feet, whose long chord is 40.91 feet and bears North 66' 23' 13" West, to a point of compound curve; thence by the arc cfa curve deflecting to the right whose radius is 15 feet~ long chord 14,87 feet and bears North 29' 11, 19" West, an arc distance of 15,56 feet to a point of tangent; the.nce in the East line of Alger Road (60 feet wide), North 00 31' 20" East, 5.33 feet to a point; thence by the arc of a curve deflScting to the left whose radius is 145.33 feet, long chord ~e~4 feet and bears South 62' 36' 40" East, an arc distance of 50.70 feet to the West line of Lot No. 367; thence continuing in the arc of the same curve, 44.59 feet, long chozd 44.36 feet and bears South 81' 13' 05" East to a point of tangent; thence North 89' ~0' 40" East, 0.22 feet to the East line of L~t No. 367; thence in the East line of Lot No. 367, South $0' 59' 50" East, 11.00 feet to the place of beginning." Section 2, The Director of Finance is authorizedt~ pay the amount of $1.00 indicated in said Quit-Claim Deed as consideration for the conveyance, to The City Ice and ~hel Company from the street opening fund.
