ORDINANCE HO. 4534 by Mr. Tyler <br /> <br /> AN ORDINALS, E dedicating to public use for street purposes certain <br />property to be known as Lakewood Heights Boulevard. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE OITX OF IAKEWOC~, STATE OF OHIO.' <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the parcel of land on Lakewood Heights Boulevard~ <br />~mmediately east of Alger Road, as shown on tracing submitted with and made a <br />part of. this ordinance, and ~,11y described as follows, be and the same is hereb~ <br />dedicated 'to public use for street purposes and shall be kno~ as Lahewood <br />Heights Boulevard. <br /> <br /> eSituated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga <br /> and State of Ohio, and known as being the southerly <br /> part of Sublets Nos. 367 and 368 in The Romesite <br /> Oompany, s Arthur Heights Subdivision No, 3 of part of <br /> original. Rockport Tv~ship, Section No. 19, as shown <br /> by the recorded plat in Volume 68 of Maps, Page 14 of <br /> Cuyahoga County Records, and being more particularly <br /> described as follows t <br /> <br /> Beginni~ 'at a point in the no~th line of Lakewood <br /> Heights oulevard (60 feet wide), at the southeast <br /> corner of Lot Ho. 367 aforesaid; thence in tho northerly <br /> line of Lakewood Heights Boulevard by the arc of a c~ <br /> deflecting to the right whose radius is 156.33 feet, an <br /> arc distance of 44.58 feet, and long chord of 44.43 feet <br /> and bears north 82' 01' 00" west, to the southeast corner <br /> of Lot ~o. 368 aforesaid; thence continuing in the arc <br /> of the same curve aa arc distance of 41.02 feet, whose long <br /> chord is 40.~1 feet and bears north 66' 23t 13" west, to a <br /> point of compound curve; thence by the arc of a <br /> deflecting to the right whose radius is 15 feet, long <br /> chord 14.87 feet and bears north 29' 11~ 19" west, an arc <br /> distance of 15.56 feet to a point of tangent; thenc.e in <br /> the east line of Alger Bead (60 feet wide), north O0 31' <br /> 20" east, 5.33 feet to a point; thence by the arc of a <br /> curve deflecting to the left whose radiu.s is 145.33 feet, <br /> long chord 50.44 feet and bears south 62 36' 40" east, an <br /> arc distance of 50.70 feet to the wgst line of Lot No. 367 <br /> thence continuing in the arc of the same curve, 44~49 feet, <br /> long chord 44.36 feet and bears south 81' 13: 05" east, to <br /> a point of tangent; thence north 89' 50' 40" east~ 0.22 <br /> feet to the east line of Lot No..367; thence in the east <br /> line of Lot No. 367, south a*~ O0 59' 50" east, 11.00 feet to <br /> ~the place of beginning, r. <br /> S~ction 2.
