ORDINANCE HO. 4534 by Mr. Tyler <br /> <br /> AN ORDINALS, E dedicating to public use for street purposes certain <br />property to be known as Lakewood Heights Boulevard. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE OITX OF IAKEWOC~, STATE OF OHIO.' <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the parcel of land on Lakewood Heights Boulevard~ <br />~mmediately east of Alger Road, as shown on tracing submitted with and made a <br />part of. this ordinance, and ~,11y described as follows, be and the same is hereb~ <br />dedicated 'to public use for street purposes and shall be kno~ as Lahewood <br />Heights Boulevard. <br /> <br /> eSituated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga <br /> and State of Ohio, and known as being the southerly <br /> part of Sublets Nos. 367 and 368 in The Romesite <br /> Oompany, s Arthur Heights Subdivision No, 3 of part of <br /> original.
