ORDi~ANCE No. 4541 .by Mr. Tyler An ordinance authorizing the ~ayor, as Director of Public Works, to accept a Quit Claim Deed from The Cleveland Trust Company, an Ohio Corporetion, conveying to the City of Lakewood, ,title to the property hereinafter described. WHEREAS, the property so conveyed is needed for widening the street intersection of Plover and Halstead Avenues, n~v therefore~ BE IT ~DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAKEV~OOD, STATE OF OHIO: ~ Section 1. That for the purpose of widening the street inter- section at Plover Avenue and Halstead Avenue in the City of Lakewood, the Mayor, as Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby authorized' to accept title by Quit Claim Deed from The Cleveland Trust Company to the following described property, to-wit: "Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of C~yahogA, and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Sub-Lot No. 336 in the Pleasant Hill Allotment of part of ~ Original Rockport Township Section No. 20 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 20 of Maps Page 9 of Cuyahoga County Records and bounded and described as follows:- Beginning at'a point in the east line of Halstesd Street (50~eet wide), southerly from the northwest corner~o~. Lot No. 336, aforesaid, 27.31.feet; thence from sa~i~ place of beginning southerly mn the east line of Nalstead~ Street, 58.19 feet to the northwesterly line of Plover Street (50 feet wide); thence easterly in the northwesterly line of Plover Street, 58.19 feet to a point of curve; ~ thence northwesterly in an arc of a cur~e deflectiug to the right whose radius is 30 feet, long chord 53.33 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all le~al highways." Section 2. The Director of Finance is authorized to pay to The Cleveland Trust Company the amount of $10.00 indicated in said Quit Claim Deed as consideration for the conveyance, from the Gasoline Tax Fund. Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval by the ~ayor at the earliest period allowed bylaw.
