Beginning at the southeast comer of Lot No. 242 afores$id~ at a point in the west line of Marlowe Avenue ( 60 feet wide~ them~e westerly along the southerly line of Lots Nos. 242 and 243, 113.~0 feet to the southwest corner of Lot No. 2435 thence notherly in the westerly line of Lot No. 243, 35.00 feet to a points thence easterly parallel to the southerly line ~f Lots Nos. 242 and 243~ 112.97 feet to a point on the west line of Marl~e Averme; thence southerly in the west line of Marlowe Avenus, 35.00 feet to the place of beginning, be the same mc~e or less, but subject %o all legal highways. and to ~ay therefor the sum of Three Thousand Five ausdged Dollars ($3,500.00) Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immes~tely upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
