Guthrie, on account <br />of damages to Buick automob~_le sustained when drive, rig over tempora~~ pavement. <br /> ¥C~P,?,~.S, ~ presenting the clah,u herein preSe~uted: claimants have re- <br />oresented to the city that no personal injuries incurred in connection with the <br />~sma~es to the automobile; and <br /> ~f~.~REAS, this ordinance constitutes an amergency in that~ in order to <br /> save the city frc~ litigation, unnecessary exoense and possible add~_tional obliga- <br /> tions, it author~es the immediate settlement~ and adjustment of said ¢laLm promptly <br /> and provides for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, noW, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAii~ BY TP~ COL~,~L OF Ti~ ~'_[TY 0F L~I~;10CD, STATE 0F 0HI0: <br /> Section 1.
