AN ~RDINANOE dedicatiug to public use for street purposes certain property to be known as Plover Avenue. ~E IT ORDAr~ BT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAKm~0OD, STATE OF ~IO: Section 1. That the parcel of land at the intersection of and Plever Avenues, as sho~u on tracing submitted with and made a part of this erdinance a~d fully described as follows, be and the same is hereby dedicated tQ pu~c use.f°r street P~Urposes and shall be known as Plover AVenue. ./: Situated~'in the City of Lakewood, CoUnty of Cuymhoga, and" State of 0~io, and known as being part of Sublot No, 3~6 in %he Pleasant gt~ Allo~men% of part of Original Rockport T~wn- ship, Section No. '20, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 20 of Maps, Page 9 of Cu~ahoga County Records and Bounded and described as Beginning at a point in the east line of Nalstead Street (~0 ' feet wide), southerly from the northwest corner of ~ot No. 3~6, aforesaid, 27.~1 feet; thence from said place of beginning southerly in the east line of Haletead Street, ~8.1~ feet the northwesterly line of PloVer Street (~0 feet wide)~ thence easterly in the northwesterly line of Plover Street, ~§.1~ feet to a point of carve; thence northwesterly in an-arc of a curv~ deflecting to the right whose radius is ~0 feet, long chord ~3.~3 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to a~ legal highways.
