ORDINANCE NO. 4630 NY Mr. Quinn <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />to enter into a contract in the manner provided by law to purchase materials <br />for street repair for the year <br /> <br />O~TO = <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE OITY OF LAKENOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Worksj be and <br />he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract, in the manner provided <br />by law, for the purchase of materials for street repair for the year 19S0, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Asphalt filler, sandstone flagging, 0old Patch Mixture, Kentucky Rock Asphalt, <br />Medina and granite curbstone, paving brick, sand, slag~ oementj crushed stone <br />and other similar materials. <br /> <br />Such materials to be in accordance with the ~pecifications su~tted by the <br />Director of Public Works, which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said materials shall be paid for from f,,n~e appro- <br />priated for such purpose, on vouchers approved by the Director of Public <br />~or]cs o <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor and ak the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />October 3~ 1949 <br /> <br />Wm.
