ORDINANCE NOo 4711 BY Mr. Vickery <br /> <br /> AN ~ERGENCY ORDINANCE approving the appointment of Mr. Anthony Poss, <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of LakeWood Hospital for the six year term <br />beginning January l, 1951. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preserva- <br />tion of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of a municipal department, now therefore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE~OD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Mr. Anthony Poss as a member of <br />the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital, for the six year term, beginning <br />January l, 1951, be and is hereby approved in accordance with the provisions of <br />Article 19, Section l, of the Charter of the City of Lakewoodo <br /> <br /> Section 2o That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, and is <br />approved by the Mayor, it shall take effect January l, 1951, <br /> <br />AdOpted: December 4~ 1950 <br /> <br />George F. ~uinn <br /> Vice President <br /> <br />APproved:. <br /> <br />December 5, 1950 <br /> <br />H.
