0RDI:~ANCE NO. 4727 BY Nrc Vickery <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to dedicate to public use for street purposes the follow- <br />ing described property to be known as Detroit Avenue. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH~: CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the following described property be and the same is <br />hereby dedicated to public use for street purposes and shall be known as Detroit <br />Avenuee <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State <br />cf Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township, Section <br />No. 22 and being parts of Sublots Nos. 76 and 7? of the <br />John Hall, Arthur Avenue Subdivision, as recorded in Vol~w~e <br />42, Page 2?, o£ Cuyahoga County Map Records, and further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line cf <br />Detroit Avenue (66 feet wide), with the easterly line of <br />Arth~mr Avenue (66 feet wide); thence from said place of <br />beginning, southerly along the easterly line of Arthur <br />Avenue, 22.50 feet; thence easterly parallel to and <br />22.50 feet southerly from, the southerly line of Detroit <br />Avenue (66 feet wide), 147 feet to the easterly line of <br />said Arthur Avenue Subdivision, so recorded as aforesaid; <br />thence northerly along said easterly line, 22.50 fe~t to <br />the southerly line of Detroit Avenue (66 feet wide), <br />thence westerly along said southerly line, 147 feet to <br />the place of beginning. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
