ORDINANCE NO. 4788 BY Mr. Gottermeyer AN ~GENCY ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 1786 entitled "An Ordinance pro- riding for the zoning and districting of the City of Lakewood and the regulation of the location, balk, height and uses of buildings and other structures and premises, and repealing Ordinance No. 1479", by cha~ing and revising the Zone Map with respect to the property hereinafter described. ~E~E~F. AM, an emergency exists in that, the pIanning Commission having recom- mended and this Council having approved the changes herein, it is considered neces- sary to ~mmediately stabilize conditions in the territory in the interests of the great majority of the property owners and cf the public welfare; and in order, further, to provide for the usual ~a~ ly operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, ~E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAW~WOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section le That Ordinance No. 1786, as amended from time to time, be further amended and supplemented by changing and revising the Zone Map to the extent that ~he properties located within the territory described as follows: Being all of the Sublets Nose 1 to 102, beth inclusive, of the Onondaga park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 68, Page 34 of the Cuyahoga County Records of Plats, and all of Sublots 60 to 67 beth inclusive, and the north- erly 25e70 feet of Sublots Nose 68, 69 and 70 of the Belle Avenue Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 41, Page 23 of the Cuyahega County Record of plats; also a parcel of land fronti~ 45 feet on the easterly side cf Ste Charles Avenue and extending 145 feet in depth, next northerly and adjoining the Sublot No. 65 of the said Onondaga Park Subdivisione be and they are hereby reclassified and changed from Class "A-2" Area District to Class "A-i" Area District, as designated and provided in Section 3, 14 and 16 ef Ordinance No. 1786e Section 2o That the City Engineer be, and he is hereby, authorized and di- rected to make said reclassifications, changes and revisions on the original Zone Map, which Zone Map with said Area District reclassified~ changed and revised is hereby declared to be a part of this ordinance. Section 3o This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency maasure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; and all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealede Adopted: Approved: November 5, 1951 November 7~ 1951 Wm~ R~ Fairgrieve President He Ae Rees El~erk Ac Ie Kauffman Mayor
