ORDINANCE NO. 17-52 BY Mr. Gottermeyer <br /> <br /> AN E~ERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropria- <br />tions as appropriated by Ordinance No. 4826 adopted March 17, 1952, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, am emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br />of the public peace, health and safety and for the usual dai~v operation of a <br />municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE ~T ORDAINED BY TRE COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF LAKE~DOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section l.
