Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Lawther, Ward, Chockley, <br /> Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve. <br /> AN EMERGEN~Y ORDINANCE sURplementiRg the annual approBriation <br />ordinance No. 14-5 , adopted Marc 24, 195 , and making an adäitional <br />appropriation from the Parking Meter Fund. <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate pres- <br />ervation of the public property, health and safety and for the usual <br />daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefòre, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the following amount be and it is hereby ap- <br />propriated from the Parking Meter Fund in addition to the appropria- <br />tions from said fund provided by the annual appropriation Ordinance <br />No. 14-58. <br /> PARKING METER FUND <br />12405 Incidentals (Purchase of properties) $ 34,000.00 <br /> Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, pro- <br />vided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br />Adopted: December 15. 1958 Thomas C.
