ORDINANCE NOo 32-58 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Lawther, Ward, <br />Chockley, Fahrenbach, <br />Fairgrieve, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section ?55.03 of the Traffic Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, establishing parking <br />time limits. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section i, That Section 755.03 of the Traffic Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading: <br /> <br />"755.O3 Parking Time Limits. <br /> <br /> Parking or standing a vehicle in a space as designated within <br /> parking areas, as established by Section 755.02, shall be <br /> lawful for any period not exceeding ten hours upon the deposit <br /> of the coin or coins required for legal parking time, and in <br /> sufficient amount to prevent any vehicle from being parked <br /> overtime in such space; <br /> <br /> For two hours upon the deposit of five cents <br /> For four hours upon the deposit of ten cents <br /> For six hours upon the deposit of fifteen cents <br /> For eight hours upon the deposit of twenty cents <br /> For ten hours upon the deposit of twenty-five cents; <br /> <br /> provided, however, that the Director of Public Safety is here- <br /> by authorized to establish portions of said parking areas as <br /> twelve minute parking zones; and parking and standing a ve- <br /> hicle in a designated space in such parking zone shall be <br /> lawful for twelve minutes upon the deposit cf a one-cent coin <br /> of the United States into a meter set for such space." <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />755.03 Parking Time Limits. <br /> <br />Parking or standing a vehicle in the spaces designated withi~ <br />parking areas, as established by Section 755.02 Shall be law <br />ful for any period upon the deposit of the coin or coins re- <br />quired for legal parking time and in sufficient amount ac as <br />to prohibit any vehicle jo parked from being parked overtime <br />in such space, as such txme and amount are disclosed cn the <br />meter installed for the control of such space; provided that <br />the time and amount shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Parking or standing a vehicle in the Warren-Cook municipal <br />off-street parking lot, north'of Detroit Avenue, shall be <br />lawful for one hour upon deposit of five cents in the <br />meter regulating such space; parking meters having a two <br />hour limit shall regulate the parking spaces in such loto <br /> <br />Parking or standing a vehicle in the off-street parking <br />lots south of Detroit Avenue, located on the east and <br />west sides of Warren Road, shall be lawful for a maximum <br />of ten hours parking per day, upon the payment of five <br />cents for each hour of parking. <br /> <br />Parking or stan_¢~.ng a vehicle in all other lots, except <br />the said Warren Cook lot and the said lots located south <br />of Detroit Avenue, on the east and west sides of Warren <br />Road, shall be lawful for: <br /> <br /> <br />
