AN ORDINANCE to amend Section ?55.03 of the Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, establishing parking time limits. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section i, That Section 755.03 of the Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading: "755.O3 Parking Time Limits. Parking or standing a vehicle in a space as designated within parking areas, as established by Section 755.02, shall be lawful for any period not exceeding ten hours upon the deposit of the coin or coins required for legal parking time, and in sufficient amount to prevent any vehicle from being parked overtime in such space; For two hours upon the deposit of five cents For four hours upon the deposit of ten cents For six hours upon the deposit of fifteen cents For eight hours upon the deposit of twenty cents For ten hours upon the deposit of twenty-five cents; provided, however, that the Director of Public Safety is here- by authorized to establish portions of said parking areas as twelve minute parking zones; and parking and standing a ve- hicle in a designated space in such parking zone shall be lawful for twelve minutes upon the deposit cf a one-cent coin of the United States into a meter set for such space." shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: 755.03 Parking Time Limits. Parking or standing a vehicle in the spaces designated withi~ parking areas, as established by Section 755.02 Shall be law ful for any period upon the deposit of the coin or coins re- quired for legal parking time and in sufficient amount ac as to prohibit any vehicle jo parked from being parked overtime in such space, as such txme and amount are disclosed cn the meter installed for the control of such space; provided that the time and amount shall be as follows: Parking or standing a vehicle in the Warren-Cook municipal off-street parking lot, north'of Detroit Avenue, shall be lawful for one hour upon deposit of five cents in the meter regulating such space; parking meters having a two hour limit shall regulate the parking spaces in such loto Parking or standing a vehicle in the off-street parking lots south of Detroit Avenue, located on the east and west sides of Warren Road, shall be lawful for a maximum of ten hours parking per day, upon the payment of five cents for each hour of parking.
