Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Lawther, Ward, <br /> Chockley, Fahrenbach. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain ap- <br />propriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 14-58 adopted March 24, <br />195~. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate pres- <br />ervation of the public property, health and safety and the usual daily <br />operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />authorized to make the following transfers of appropriations as ap- <br />propriated by Ordinance No. 14-58 adopted March 24, 1958. <br /> <br />.~ENERAL FUND <br /> <br />From Appropriation 4438 - Fire <br />To " 4412 - " <br /> <br />Dept. - Clothing <br /> " - Equipment - <br /> Extraordinary <br /> <br />$ 1,700.00 <br /> <br /> $1,700.00 <br /> <br />WATER FUND <br /> <br />From Appropriation 8412 - Water Dept.- New Meters <br />To " 8407 - " " - Meter Repair - <br /> Material <br /> <br />$ 3,000.00 <br /> <br /> $3,000.00 <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, pro- <br />vided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: AuEust 8, 1958 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
