AN ORDINANCE to appropriate to public use for the purpose of lay- ing out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off- street parkingfacilities for motorvehicles. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby appropriated to public use for the purpose of laying out, es- tablishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles, to-wit: Situated in the CitY of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport TOwnship, Section No. 22, and known as being all of Sublet No. 246 ef the Lakewood Realty CompanM's Lakewood Park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 27, Page 26, of Cuyahoga County Map Records. Said sublet has a frontage of 40 feet on the westerly side of St. Charles Avenue and a depth of 130 feet, and'known as being the Charles W. and Catherine Eastman premises at 1380 St. Charles Avenue. Section 2. That the Director of Law be and he is hereby author- ized and directed to apply to a court of competent Jurisdiction to have a Jury impaneled and make inquiry into and assess the compensa- tion to be paid for such property. Section 3. That the costs and expense of said appropriation be paid out of proceeds realized by the issuance and sale of automobile parking revenue bonds. Section ~. That this ordinance, providing it receives the affirm- ative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
