AN ORDINANCE TO appropriate to public use for the purpose of lay- ing out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off- street parking facilities for motor vehicles. BE IT ORDAINED BY T~E COUSCIL OF THE CITY OF LAXE~OOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby appropriated to public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street park- ing facilities for motor vehicles, to-wit~ Situated in the City cf Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Tounsh~p, Section No. 22, and known as being all of Sublot No. 257 of t~e Lakewood Realty Companyts Lakewood Park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 27, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Map Records. Said sublot has a frontage of $0 feet on the westerly side of St. Charles Avenue and a depth of 130 fe~t, and known as b~ing the ~m. G. ~eiger, et al. premises at 1382-g~ St. Charles Avenue. Section 2. That the Director of Law be and he is hereby author- ized and directed to apply to a court of competent Jurisdiction to have a Ju~y impaneled and make inquiry into and assess the compensa- tion to be paid for such property. Section 3. That the costs and expenses of said appropriation be paid out of proceeds realized by the iss,,ance and sale of automobile parking revenue bonds. Section ~. That this ordinance, providing it receives the affirm- ative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval ~y the Mayor.
