That the following described property be and the <br /> same is hereby appropriated to public use for the pUrpose of laying out, <br /> establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street park- <br /> ing facilities for motor vehicles, to-witS <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of LakeW°od. County of Cuyahoga, State of <br /> Ohio, being part of Original RockpOrt Township, Section No. 22 <br /> and being more fully described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning in the easterly line of Warren Road, 60 feet wide, at <br /> the southwesterly corner of Sublot No. 152 of the Lakewood Realty <br /> Company,s Lakewood Park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 27, <br /> Page 26 of CUyahoga County Nap Records, <br /> <br /> Thence from said plac8 of beginning, south along said easterly <br /> line of Warren Road, 65 feet. <br /> <br /> Thence east at right angles, 52 feet to a point. <br /> <br /> Thence north at right angles, 65 feet to the south line of said <br /> Sublot No. 152 recorded as aforesaid. <br /> <br /> Thence west along said southerly line, 52 feet to the place of <br /> beginning, and known as being the J, and J. That the costs and expenses of said appropriation be <br />paid out of proceeds realized by the issuance and sale of automobile <br />Parking revenue bonds. <br /> <br /> Section ~.
