ORDINANCE NO. 83-58 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. 9aYdos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Lawther, Chockley, <br /> Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of Public Works to charge a <br />fee for night tennis playing on City property, and repealing Ordinance <br />No. 3689, adopted August 2, 1937, and all ether ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be and <br />he is hereby authorized to charge a fee for night tennis playing on <br />public property where lights are installed for that p~rpose at the follow- <br />ing rates: <br /> <br />~0¢ per hour per court for singles, and <br />O~ per hour per court for doubles. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
