That the effioial seal ef the City of Lakewood <br />shall consist of a shield in the form of a circle, in the center of <br />which is a gremp of homes sarre~ding a chmrch~ In the backgroumd is <br />a body ef water and the setting sun with solar rays emanating there- <br />from. Directly above the sun are Roman n~merals MCMXI; in the fore- <br />ground on the lower part ef the shield are the words "City ef Homes". <br /> <br /> On the outside of the shield, beginning at the right, are the <br />following words: "Seal ~F City Of Lakewood, Ohio", smrroundimg the <br />inscription is a serrated circle. The diameter ef the shield is an <br />inch and eno-half and the overall diameter shall be two inches. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
