Gaydes, Gettermeyer, <br /> Lawther, Chockley, <br /> Fairgrieve. <br /> <br /> .AN O~DINANCE Drohibitin~ street epening.fer new utilit~ in- <br />stallatmens mn Nadison Avenue a~d Bu~ts Read prmor te Nay $, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Lakewood entered into an agreement with the <br />Board ef County Commissioners of Guyahoga Ceunty for the resurfacing of <br />Nadisen Avenue between West llTth Street and Riverside Drive, and Bunts <br />Read between Lakeweod Heights Boulevard and Detroit Avenue, in the City <br />of Lakeweod; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Such agreement centained a conditien that the City of <br />Lakewood shall enae~ legislation prohibiting street opening for new <br />utility installations in the pavement of Nadisen Avenue and Bunts <br />Road for a period of five years, now, therefere, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF CHI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That street openings in Madison Avenue between <br />West ll7th Street and Riverside Drive, and in Bunts Road between <br />Lakewoed Heights Boulevard and Detroit Avenue, for the installation <br />of new utilities prior to Nay 4, 1964, are hereby prohibited. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Glerk of Council be and he is hereby in- <br />strueted to transmit a duly authenticated copy of this ordinance to <br />the Board ef County Cemmissioners of Cuyahega County. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
