ORDINANCE NO~ 31-~9 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs~ Fahrenbach, Gaydos, <br /> G~ttermeyer, Lawther, <br /> Ward, Gheckley. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE te vacate that portion of Lark Street lying south <br />of Plover Street. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, On the 4th day ef May, 1959, Council adopted a reso- <br />lution declaring its intent to vacate that portion of Lark Street ly- <br />ing south of Plover Street, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Abutting property owners have requested that such <br />portion ef Lark Street be vacated, amd <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the Resolution ef Council, declaring its intention <br />to vacate that portion ef Lark Street lying South of Plover Street, <br />has been referred to the Planning Commission and to the Beard of Revi- <br />sion ef Assessments, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Both the Planning Commission and the Board ef Revi- <br />sion ef Assessments have recommended that such portion of Lark Street <br />be vacated, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council is satisfied that there is good cause for <br />such vacation, that it will not be detrimental te the general interest, <br />and ought to be made, new therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAI~ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the portion of Lark Street lying south ef <br />Plover Street be and the same is hereby vacated. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
