WNEREA~, This ordinance constitutes an emergency in that it may save the city from fmrther expense and possible litigation in that it provides for the immediate settlement of said claim, and ia ~hat it provides for the ms~mal eperatiom of a municipal department, mew, there- fore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF LAKEW~OD, STATE OF OHt0: Section 1. Groom efa f~ll release in favor ef the City of Lakewood, approved By the Director ef Law. Section 2.
