Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br /> Gaydos, Gettermeyer, <br /> Law, her, Ward, <br /> Chockley. <br /> <br /> AN EMER~NCY ORDINANCE to amend Section 755.03 of the Traffic <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, establish- <br />ing time limits. <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, This ord~n~uce constitutes an emergency in that it <br />provides for the usual daily operation of ammnicipal department, <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 755.03 of the Traffic Code of the <br />Codified Ordinamces of the City of Lakewood, now reading: <br /> <br />"755.03 Parking Time Limits. <br /> <br />Parking or standing a vehicle in the spaces designated with- <br />in parking areas, as established by Section 755.02 shall be <br />lawful for any period upon the deposit of the coin er coins <br />required for legal parking time and in sufficient amemnt so <br />as to prohibit any vehicle so parked from Being parked ever- <br />time in such space, as such time ~ud amount are ~isclosed <br />on the meter installed for the control of such space; pro- <br />vided that the time ~ud amount shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Parking or st~uding a vehicle in the Warren-Cook munic- <br />ipal off-street parking lot, north of Detroit Avenue, <br />shall be lawful for one hoar upon deposit of five cents <br />in the meter regmlating such space; parking meters <br />having a two hoar limit shall regmlate the parking <br />spaces in such lot. <br /> <br />Parking or standing a vehicle in the off-street parking <br />lots south of Detroit Avenue, l$cated on the east and <br />west sides of Warren Road, shall be lawful for a maxi- <br />mum of ten hours parking per day, upon the payment of <br />five cents for each~oar of parking. <br /> <br />Parking or stamding a vehicle in all other lots, except <br />the said Warren-Cook lot and the said lots located south <br />ef Detroit Avenue, on the east and west sides of Warren <br />Read, shall be lawful for: <br /> <br />Two hours upon the deposit of five cents <br />Fear ho~rs upon the deposit of ten cents <br />Six hoars upon the deposit of fi~een cents <br />Eight hours upon the deposit of twenty cents <br />Ten hours mpon the deposit of twenty-five cents; <br /> <br />provided, however, that the Director of P~blic Safety is <br />hereby authorized to establish portions of said parking <br />areas, exclusmve of the samd Warren-Cook off-street <br />parking lot, as twelve minute parking areas; and in such <br />twelve minute areas, parking shall be lawful upon the <br />deposit of a one cent coin of the ~ited States into a <br />meter set for each such space. <br /> <br />Said parking meters shall be operated in such off-street park- <br />ing areas every day between the hoars of 8:00 o'clock A.M. <br />and 6100 P.M., except Sundays and holidays; provided, however, <br />that within the meaning of this chapter, the term holiday shall <br />include the following days only: <br /> <br /> <br />
