<br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creatin~pOsitions and fixing
<br />salaries of the annual, ~aiaried employees in the several
<br />departments and divisions of the City of Lakewood commencing
<br />FebrUary 1, 1965.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure
<br />providing for the usual daily operation of a muhicipal depart-
<br />ment in that in the interest of public service, welfare and
<br />safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of employees;
<br />now, therefore,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD,
<br />STATE OF OHIO:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the com-
<br />pensation of annual, salaried employees in the several depart-
<br />ments and divisions of the City of Lakewood shall be as follows,
<br />
<br />commencing February 1, 1965.
