BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the assessment of the cost and expense of improving <br />Glenbury Avenue from Hilliard Road to Dela'·/are Avenue in the City of La!<~rood, <br />Ohio, by the necessary grading of the base, resurfacing with asphaltic concrete <br />including t"e necessary replacement and resetting of cast:i.ng.. .and resetting and <br />replacing the curbs together ,rith the necessary appurtenanceS thereto as set <br />','orth in Hesolution No. 4314 adopted by this Council on Feb:r;uary 17, 1964 <br />and amounting in the aggregate to $b,913â~6 as reported to this COUDCt! <br />on the 5th day of l>ebruary, 1965, by the D1.rector of l"inance, be and the same is <br />hereby adopted and confirmed, and that there be and are hereby levied and <br />assessed upon the lot.. and J,ands bounding and abuttine; upon said improvement the <br />several amounts reported as aforesaid, ",hich assessments and the description of <br />said 10JGS and lands are nm,' on fHe in tüe office of the Clerk of Council and <br />",h1.ch asSessments are in proportion to the special benefits, and are not in <br />excess of any statutory limitation. <br /> <br />Section 2. Tha.t the total aSsessment against each lot or parcel of land <br />shall l)e payable :¡.n cash not later than April 1, 1965, or at the option of the <br />mme:l:', in five annual installments ,Üth the interest at the same rate as shall <br />be borne by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of the same. <br />All cash pa;yments shall be made to the Director of Finance of ..aid City. All <br />assessments and installment.. thereof remaining unpaid at the expiration of said <br />period shall be certii'ied by the Director of Finance to the County Auditor as <br />provided by la", to be placed by him on the tax duplice,te and collected as other <br />taxes are collected. <br /> <br />having been determined to be an emergency <br />and effect from and immediately after its pass- <br /> <br />SectiO!l 3.
