Gaydos, Usher, <br /> Ward~ Bennett, <br /> Cain. <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE amending ordinance 5-65 ~ <br />adopted February 1, 1965 and creating the position and <br />fixing the salary of the Clerk of Council at $5600 per <br />year. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency' <br /> measure pro~idin~ for the usual daily operation of a <br /> municipal department in that in the interest of public~ <br /> service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to change <br /> the salary paid to the clerk of council; now therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE cITY OF <br /> LAK~OOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That Ordinance 5-65 adopted February <br /> 1, 1965 b'e amended so as to create the position and <br /> establish a salary of the Clerk of council at $5600 <br /> per year. ~ ~ <br /> Section 2. compensationprovided for herein shall <br /> be paid in semi-monthly installments or in equal in- <br /> stallments every two weeks ~ <br /> Section 3.
