Ward, Bennett, <br /> Cain, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of <br />Certain appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 7-65, <br />adopted February-1, 1965o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate <br />preservation of the p~Dlic property, health and safety and the <br />usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE~OOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
