Ward, Bennett, <br /> Cain, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY OKDINANCE authorizing the transferor <br />certain appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance NO. 7-65, <br />adopted F~bruary 1, 1965o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate <br />preservation of the public property, health and safety and the <br />usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA~EWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
