<br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to vacate those portions of
<br />West Clifton Road between Clifton Boulevard Extension
<br />(UoS°Route 6) and Clifton Road in the City of Lakewood,
<br />as shown on Map Nee P 82 F of the Division of Engineering,
<br />City of Lakewoed, reserving, however, to the City of
<br />Lakewood, easements for maintenance and/or reconstruction
<br />of water lines., sanitary and storm sewers°
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, On the seventh (7) day of Decembe~,~ 1964,
<br />the Council of the City of Lakewood adopted Resolution
<br />No0 4376, declaring its intention to vacate a portion of
<br />west Clifton Road between Clifton Boulevard Extension
<br /> (Uo So Route 6) and Clifton Road in the City of Lakewood,
<br />
<br />and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, Notice of the adoption of the above Resolution
<br />No° 4376 has been served upon the owners of all the property
<br />abutting upon that portion of West Clifton Road affected by
<br />said resolution, notifying the said property owners of the
<br />time and place at which objections can be heard before the
<br />Board of Revision of Assessments, and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, On the twenty-eighth (28) day of December, 1964,
<br />the Board of Revision of Assessments approved the vacation of
<br />the portion of West Clifton Road as shown on Map Nee P 82 F
<br />of the Division of Engineering, City of Lakewood, Ohio, in
<br />accordance with the provisions of Article XIV, Section 28 of
<br />the Charter of the City of Lakewood, and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, This Council is satisfied that there is good
<br />cause for vacating said portion of West Clifton Road and that
<br />it will not be detrimental to the general interest and ought
<br />to be made, and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure
<br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart-
<br />ment; now, therefore,
<br />
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD,
<br />STATE OF OHIO:
<br />
<br /> Section 1o That that portion of West Clifton Road between
<br />Clifton Boulevard Extension (Uo S. Route 6) and Clifton Road in
<br />the City of Lakewood, as shown on Map No. P 82 F ef the
<br />Division of Engineering, City of Lakewood, Ohio, reserving,
<br />however, to the City of Lakewood,easements for maintenance
<br />and/or reconstruction of water lines, sanitary and storm
<br />sewers, be and the same are hereby Vacated.
<br />
<br /> Section 2° That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby
<br />directed to notify the Auditor of Cuyahoga County of the
<br />vacation of a portion of West Clifton Road as shown on Map
<br />No° P 82 F of the Division of Engineering, City of Lakewood,
<br />by sending him a copy of this ordinance and Map Nee P 82 Fo
<br />
