ORDINANCE NO. 49-65 BY: Messrs. Bennett, Cain, Gaydos, Huffman, Usher, Ward. AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 5-65 adopted February 1, 1965, creating positions and fixing salaries of detrain annual salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of LakeWood, commencing May 23, 1965. WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual dailyoperation'of municipal departments in that in the interest of public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of employees; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1o That Ordinance 5-65 adopted February 1, 1965 be amended to as to create the positions and establish salaries of certain annual salaried employees of the City of Lakewood as follows, commencing May 23, 1965.
