AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Lakewood, to purchase the certain real estate located at 1516 Warren Road in the City of Lakewood, hereinafter more partleularly described° WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure in that the owner has agreed to sell said property for the consideration hereinafter stipulated which this Council deems to be in the best interest of the City and in that it provides for the public health and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAEEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO~ Section 1o That the Mayor be, and~he is hereby authorized to purchase from Martin T. Jarabek, Sro (widower and un-remarried), the following described property. "S~tuated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township Section NOo 22 and being part of Sublot No. 20 in the Lang~ and Fournier Subdivision as recorded in VOlo 43, Pg. 16 of Cuyahoga County Map records and more fully bounded and described as follows. Beginning in the westerly line of Warren Road, 60 fto wide as shown on said plat at a point which is norther- ly along said westerly line 109o53 ft. from the south- easterly corner of said sublot NOo 20° Thence from said place of beginning south 3°-12~-00" west on the westerly side of Warren Road 5.70 ft. Thence northwesterly on a curved line deflecting to the left 47.12 fro to a point of tangency, said curved line has a radius of 30 fro and a chord which bears N 41°-48'-00'` W, 42.43 ft. Thence N 86o-48' west 9.48 fro to an intersection with the westerly line of said su301ot No. 20. Thence North 26°-18' East along said westerly line 23°67 ft. to the northerly corner of said Sublot NOo 20° Thence SoUtheasterly on a curved line deflecting to the right 58o38'to the place of beginning, said curved line having a radius of 50 fro and a chord which bears south 30°-15'-05'' east 55o12 fro, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways°" and to pay therefor the sum of Eight-Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and Fifty-Six Cents (882°56).
