ORDINANCE NO. 6~-65 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Wendling, Bennett, <br /> Gaydes, Huffman, <br /> Usher, Ward. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor, on <br />behalf of the City of Lakewood, to purchase the certain <br />real estate located at 14809-11 Hilliard Road, in the City <br />of Lakewood, hereinafter more particularly described° <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency <br />measure in that the owner has agreed to sell said property <br />for the consideration hereinafter stipulated which this <br />Council deems to be in the best interest of the City and <br />in that it provides for the public health and welfare and <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW00D, <br />STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Mayor be, and he is hereby author- <br />ized to purchase from Rosemary H. Feola (single), the follow- <br />ing described property° <br /> <br />"Situated in the City of Lakewood, C6un%ty of Cuyahoga, <br />State of ohio, being part of Original Rockport Town- <br />ship Section NCo 22 and being part of Sublo~ No. 21 <br />in the Lang and Fournier Subdivision as recorded in <br />Volumn 43 page 16 of Cuyahoga County Map records and <br />is more fully bounded and described as follows. <br /> <br />Beginning in the southeasterly line of Hilliard Road, <br />60 ftc wide as shown on said plat at a point which is <br />distant North 50o-32'-30'' East along said Southeasterly <br />li~e 10o58 ftc from the westerly corner of said sublot <br />No° 21o <br /> <br />Thence from said place of beginning North 50o-32'-30`' <br />east along said Southeasterly line 58°06 ftc to a point <br />of curve. <br /> <br />Thence continuing on said southeasterly line on a curved <br />line deflecting to the right, 57.38 ft. to the Easterly <br />line of said sublot No. 21 said curved line having a <br />radius of 50 ft~ and a chord which bears North 83o-25'-05'' <br />East 54°28 feet. <br /> <br />Thence south 26°-18' west along the easterly line of <br />said sublot No~ 20 a distance of 23°67 feet. <br /> <br />Thence North 86o-48' west 18o44 ft. to a point of curve° <br /> <br />Thence Southwesterly on a curved line deflecting to the <br />left 75°20 ftc to the southeasterly line of Hilliard <br />Road and the place of beginning, said eurved line having <br />a radius of 101o00 ft. and a chord which bears South <br />71o-52'-15" west, 73°46 ftc" <br /> <br /> <br />
