ORDINANCE NO. 6~-65 BY: Messrs. Wendling, Bennett, Gaydes, Huffman, Usher, Ward. AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Lakewood, to purchase the certain real estate located at 14809-11 Hilliard Road, in the City of Lakewood, hereinafter more particularly described° WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure in that the owner has agreed to sell said property for the consideration hereinafter stipulated which this Council deems to be in the best interest of the City and in that it provides for the public health and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW00D, STATE OF 0HIO: Section 1o That the Mayor be, and he is hereby author- ized to purchase from Rosemary H. Feola (single), the follow- ing described property° "Situated in the City of Lakewood, C6un%ty of Cuyahoga, State of ohio, being part of Original Rockport Town- ship Section NCo 22 and being part of Sublo~ No. 21 in the Lang and Fournier Subdivision as recorded in Volumn 43 page 16 of Cuyahoga County Map records and is more fully bounded and described as follows. Beginning in the southeasterly line of Hilliard Road, 60 ftc wide as shown on said plat at a point which is distant North 50o-32'-30'' East along said Southeasterly li~e 10o58 ftc from the westerly corner of said sublot No° 21o Thence from said place of beginning North 50o-32'-30`' east along said Southeasterly line 58°06 ftc to a point of curve. Thence continuing on said southeasterly line on a curved line deflecting to the right, 57.38 ft. to the Easterly line of said sublot No. 21 said curved line having a radius of 50 ft~ and a chord which bears North 83o-25'-05'' East 54°28 feet. Thence south 26°-18' west along the easterly line of said sublot No~ 20 a distance of 23°67 feet.
