ORDINANCE NO. 75-65 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Wendling, Bennett, <br /> Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher, <br /> Ward. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer . <br />of certain appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 36-65, <br />adopted June 7, 1965. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the <br />immediate preservation of the public property, health and <br />safety and the usual daily operation of municipal departments; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he <br />is hereby authorized to make the following transfers of appro- <br />priations as appropriatedby Ordinance No. 36-65, adopted <br />June 7, 1965. <br /> <br />~FER FROM GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS.: <br />0190225 City Operating Contingency <br /> <br />$ 87.03 <br /> <br />TO APPROPRIATIOn: <br /> <br />179000 Recreation <br /> <br />$ 87.03 <br /> <br /> Section 2.
