Bennett, Cain, <br /> Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certaih <br />appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 36-65, adopted <br />June 7, 1965. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate <br />preservation of hhe public property, health and safety and the <br />usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section t. That the Director of Finance be and he is <br />hereby authorized to make the following transfers of appropria- <br />tions as appropriated by Ordinance No. 36-65, adopted June 7, 1965. <br /> <br />TRANSFER ~RQM GENERAL.FUND APPROPRIATIONS: <br />0190225 City Operating Contingency $ 10,000.0U <br /> <br />TO APPROPRIATION: <br /> <br />0196~00 Street Trees <br /> <br />10,000.00 <br /> <br /> Section 2.
