"..' _", .... .m, -.....__.'m.......,..:. ,',' '''-,. <br />for-Þidsfor the construction of a Municipal parkirig<;;àragê;"àhd, <br />WHEREAS, several bids were received purSuant t.o <br />advertisèment by the Director of Public Works, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has requested <br />authority to proceed, by Contract, with the lowest bèst bidder, <br />to cOnstruct said Municipal parking Garage, and, <br />WHEREAs, this Ordinance constitutes an emergency <br />measure in that it provides for the immediatè preservation <br />of tha public health, safety and welfare and fOr the uSual <br />daily operation of a Municipal Department, now, thèrefore, <br />BE IT ORDAIN1J;Ø BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE ÖF OHIO: <br /> ~>""""'>'''~>~''-''- -......, <br />Section 1. That this Council hereby determines <br />to ~~oceed, by Contract, with the construction of the Municipal <br />parking Garage. <br />Section 2.
