ORDINANCE NO. 47-66 <br /> <br />BY: Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher and Ward <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE establishing the compensation for the <br />position of Pulmonary Function Supervisor as fixed by the Board of <br />Tr~tee~ of Lakewood Hospital. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Lakewood provides that the <br />Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital * hall employ such employees as <br />the Board deems necessary and fix the compensation subject to the <br />approval of Council, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital has <br />created the position of Pulmonary Function Supervisor and fixed the <br />salary for this position, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation <br />of the public peace, property, health or safety and to provide for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department; now~ therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the compensation fixed for the position of <br />Pulmonary Function Supervisor as recommended by the Board of Trustees <br />of the Lakewood Hospital on April 26, 1966, be and the same is hereby <br />approved by this Council and shall be fixed by the Board of Trustees <br />within the following schedule: <br /> <br /> ANNUAL <br />$ 10,000 - $ 14,000 <br /> <br /> JOB TITLE <br /> <br />Pulmonary Function Supervisor <br /> <br /> Section 2.
