ORDINANCE NO. 63~66 <br /> <br />BY: Gain, Gaydos, Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher and Ward <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDInaNCE authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to establish the price of bagged <br />sludge from the Lakewood Sewage Plant. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE I~ ORDAINED BY THE COU~CIL OF THE CITY <br />LAK~WOOD, STAR~ OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to establish the <br />price of sludge from the Lakewood Sewage Plant. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the price established by the <br />Director shall be not less than $1.00 and not more than <br />$2.00 per sixty (60) pound bag, depending upon the nitrogen <br />content. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby <br />declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated <br />in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: Aumus~ 1, 1~66 <br /> <br />C___h~rles~S__.
