O .DINA CE NO. 65-66 <br /> <br />Crotn, H f'man, <br />and endLtng <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE repealin8 Sections 1111,063 and 1111.07 of the Zoning <br />Code of the Cod£fled Ordinance of the City of Lakewood relacimg <br />to Retail Stores and Commercial use descriptions respectively and <br />enacting new sections 1111.063 and 1111.07 of said Zoning Code <br />relating to the same subject matter. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />1111.063 <br /> <br />That Section 1111.063 of the Zoning Code <br />of the Codified Ordinance of the City of <br />Lakewood now reading as follows: <br /> <br />GROUP 2 - BUSINESS CLASSES. <br /> <br />C.%.ass 2d Uses~ Retail Stores <br /> <br />(1) Retail stores selling com~odities at retail. <br />(2) Retail shops for custom work or the making of <br /> articles to be sold at retail at only the premises <br /> on which the shop is located. <br />(3) Restaurants. <br />(4) Automotive service stations. <br />(5) Franchised agencies for sale, service and repair <br /> of motor vehicles, including the sale of auto- <br /> mobiles on open lots. <br />(6) Skating rinks and dante halls. <br />(7) Florists, nurseries. <br /> <br />is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />That section 1111.07 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinance of the City of Lakewood <br />now reading as follows: <br /> <br />1111.07 GROUP 2 - BUSINESS CLASSES. <br /> <br />Class 2e Uses, Commercial <br /> <br />(1) Amusement park. <br />(2) Penal or correctional institution; institution for the <br /> care of the insane or feeble-minded. <br />(3) Manufacture or industrial operation of any kind other <br /> than a Class 3a, 3b or 3c Use where mechanical power <br /> not in excess of a total of sixty HP is employed and <br /> not in excess of ten HP is employed in the operation of <br /> any machine, provided such use is not noxious or <br /> offensive by reason of the emission of odor, dust, <br /> smoke, gas or noise. <br />(4) Repair shop for motor vehicles, hand laundry, job printing, <br /> newspaper printing, preparation and processing of <br /> photosensitive material, electric sub-station% <br />(5) Stable or wagon shed for not more than five horses or <br /> wagons, Veterinary hospital. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
