ORD~NANC~ ~0. <br /> <br />BY: ~u~f~ Kelley, Usher~ Ward, <br /> Wendling, Gsydos <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make additional appropriations <br />for expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the <br />fiscal year ending December 31, 1966. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate <br />preservation of the lhlhllc property, health and safety and to provide <br />for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That there be appropriated from the General Fund: <br /> <br />0199092 Transfer to the Hospital Expansion Fund $90,000 <br /> <br /> Section 2. That there be appropriated from the Water COD <br />Fund $65,000. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby <br />authorized to draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts <br />appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly <br />approved by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is <br />incurred, providing the President of Council shall approve all claims <br />of the City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
