<br />the new Municipal Parking Garage located at 1422 Belle
<br />Avenue in the City of Lakewood.

<br />WHEREAS, The City of Lakewood is presently
<br />a Municipal Parking Garage within the City, and,
<br />
<br />said construction will

<br />
<br />WHEREAS, In order to commence operation of said
<br />Municipal Parking Garage it is necessary to establish rates
<br />at the earliest possible time, and,

<br />WHEREAS, This ordinance cOnstitutes an emergency mea-
<br />sure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal
<br />_department; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the rates for parking vehicles in the
<br />Lakewood Municipal Parking Garage be and the same are hereby
<br />established as follows: I

<br />and approval by the Mayor
